Meet The Founders
Neal Oswald
Co-FounderNeal was formerly the Senior Vice President of Process Management in Retail and Business Banking. In this role, Neal created and ran the End-to-End transformation programs. Neal and his team built the capability to digitally measure and manage the ETE lending processes for the mortgage, cards and wealth businesses. Neal moved to this role from Technology and Operations where he was the SVP for Process Management.
Nancy Carss
Co-FounderNancy is an investment professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, research, risk management and asset allocation in international equity, fixed income and derivatives markets. A strategic thinker who works well in teams and brings strong interpersonal and quantitative skills to the clients she serves.
Why We Are Different
We believe that traditional re-engineering offers very little value in todays’ rapidly evolving digital world. Fixing a form or a sub process without an ETE view of the client journey or the employee experience is a waste of precious resources and time. We lead with analytics and insight and look at the whole process and all of its operating dimensions (strategy, policy, capability, org design, tools and technology). We leverage an outside-in perspective (i.e. starting with the client experience), whereas traditional BPR starts with an inside-out perspective. Our approach addresses ETE issues and discuss those issues in the context of the ETE journey and employee experience. We are highly collaborative and effective at enabling difficult conversations driven by analytics based insight. We have the perspective and experience that enables us to execute real transformative change on an ETE basis.
