Many data “Governance and Management” programs don’t really take on the tough change of making data and the insight it enables fit for use. Data cleanup and data quality originates from effective process design. You can’t legislate operational change; you must design and build it on an ETE basis. One weak link destroys value across the value chain. Cross segment, channel, product and line of business provision of data requires some careful thought, analysis and leadership to insist upon appropriate standards, processes and methods of managing and maintaining the information assets of an organization. In a digital world, traditional distinctions between inside and outside data become less important, what matters is how the data and information will be used to support the strategy to deliver the right client experience. Typically an outside-in perspective is required to enable a useful discussion about ETE data and discuss those issues in the context of the ETE client journey and employee experience. We are highly collaborative and effective at enabling difficult conversations that are supported and driven by analytics based insight. We have the perspective, experience and expertise that enable us to execute this type of change on an ETE basis.
Our delivery model requires that we listen first and work with you to co-develop the answer working on all dimensions of the problem. We look at issues from a policy, process, technology, organizational roles and responsibilities, measurement, incentives and rewards perspective. We look deeper to determine the desired performance and identify what barriers and issues are preventing our clients from achieving their desired business outcomes.
